Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band headquartered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his early life friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), inclusive of their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
